Tereza Fialová

Lawyer

As a lawyer in the Responsible Energy team, Tereza focuses on monitoring developments in European energy legislation.

She studied law at Masaryk University in Brno and wrote her thesis on the legal aspects of supporting the introduction of plant-based diets in the context of EU law. She was drawn to Frank Bold by her desire to actively contribute to a more sustainable future and her moral ambitions. Although she was initially interested primarily in food law, she gradually realized that energy is an area with an even more significant impact on the environment.

However, she still enjoys cooking and baking vegan meals in her free time. As a former barista, she perfects the art of filter coffee at home and attends natural wine festivals. She has several dogs from a shelter and helped found an organization that rescues dogs in Greece. She runs, goes to the gym, does yoga, and practices MMA. She is also actively interested in topics related to feminism, equality, and sustainability in various other industries, mainly fashion, design, and the world of cars and motorcycles. In addition to Czech, she speaks French, English, Italian, and Slovak, understands German, and can order falafel in Turkish.

"I like the diversity of my work and the opportunity to participate in projects with a real impact on a sustainable future. I also really appreciate the flexibility that Frank Bold offers me - thanks to the ability to tailor my working hours to my needs, I can effectively manage my demanding work even with my recently diagnosed attention deficit disorder."
