Petra is a lawyer in the Responsible Energy team. She specializes in administrative law, spatial planning and environmental law. She also specializes in legal assistance to municipalities in the exercise of their powers and a comprehensive agenda connected with the entry of a developer into the territory.
She also has experience in the field of private law, which she devoted herself to for a long time as part of her legal practice before joining Frank Bold.
Petra graduated from the Faculty of Law of Charles University, during her studies she completed a study stay at the Faculty of Law in Toulouse.

Governments turning a blind eye to Illegal lignite mining in Turów: Local communities and the environment suffer.
Local groups and NGOs including Frank Bold, that is very active in the process, welcomed the Czech government’s decision to file a lawsuit at the European Court of Justice against the Polish government for the illegal operation of the Turów lignite coal mine, which has been dug right up to the Czech and German borders, damaging local water supplies for nearby communities. This is the first such legal case for the Czech Republic and the first in EU’s history where one member state sues another for environmental reasons.
