At Frank Bold, Kristína focuses on greenhouse gas emission reduction issues within EU countries. Together with her team in the Czech Republic and Poland, she advocates for higher environmental standards in cases of large energy projects in these countries.
She also works to improve air quality in the most affected regions of Europe, such as Ostrava and Silesia. She advises NGOs dealing with similar cases abroad. In the past, she has worked with the international Friends of the Earth network to draft legislation to guide EU member states towards cleaner ways of generating and consuming energy.
She graduated from the Faculty of Law of Comenius University in Bratislava. During her studies she worked as a volunteer in several non-profit organizations. After graduation, she joined Frank Bold to work in the Responsible Energy section.
"Working at Frank Bold allows me to meaningfully apply my legal education and personal convictions for the benefit of the community and the country. I consider Frank Bold to be a quality organization with a strong team of human personalities behind it, and I'm glad to be a part of it."
