David joined Frank Bold in summer 2024. He is working on sustainable finance policies, such as the Sustainable Finance Disclosure Regulation (SFDR), also supporting work of EFRAG and a number of Frank Bold Advisory projects.
David is also a Senior Associate at E3G EU Sustainable Finance team and a Fellow at IPBES Business and Biodiversity Assessment. Before joining Frank Bold, David had worked as a sustainable finance researcher and consultant at The Biodiversity Consultancy, the International Sustainable Finance Centre and other organisations, and specialised in nature and banking. David holds an MSc in Environment, Politics and Development from SOAS, University of London and an MSc in Corporate Management and Finance from the Prague University of Economics and Business.
David loves reading on ecology and philosophy, running, mushroom picking, practicing Goju Ryu karate, and is a proud pawrent to his beloved Sprocker, Boban.
