Strategy Meeting of Justice and Environment

From September 9 Justice and Environment is meeting in Opatija (Croatia) for a 5-day AGM during which a legal seminar and a strategy meeting also takes place.

The meeting is in order to discuss the status of access rights in light of the upcoming Access to Justice Directive, the future of PCIs within the EU energy infrastructure regulation, the outcomes of a survey on public awareness of the Aarhus Convention and EU law and to prepare strategies, communications plans, fundraising proposals for the future and to decide administrative matters. The meeting is financed be the Central European Initiative.

Draft standards for EU sustainability reporting are out, with Frank Bold Experts among the contributors

European companies can now take a look at the draft sustainability reporting standards they will report against in the coming years. The drafts were developed by the EFRAG Project Task Force on EU Sustainability Reporting Standards, with the participation of two Frank Bold representatives - Head of the Responsible Companies Section Filip Gregor, and Joanne Houston, from Frank Bold's Brussels office. Both experts will continue contributing to the development of the EU standards as members of the newly established EFRAG Sustainability Pillar.

Following months of negotiations in the European Parliament, the amendments to the CSRD proposal have been approved by the JURI committee this Tuesday 15th of March.
