Are you interested in participating in a project with global impact? Do you want to deal with partners and policy makers in Brussels and strategically develop an international network working together to strengthen corporate sustainability? Join the Frank Bold team now.

What does Frank Bold do for corporate sustainability ?

At European level, we pushed through the adoption of an ambitious reform of the rules and obligations for companies to report on their sustainability risks and impacts and participate directly in the development of accompanying mandatory EU sustainability standards. Our efforts to improve corporate responsibility also focus on the new proposal to adopt a European framework on environmental and human rights due diligence and the clarification of director responsibilities on climate and sustainability aspects. We are coordinating the Alliance for Corporate Transparency, a platform made up of over 20 major non-profit organisations, and collaborating with responsible investors, academia and business leaders.

What are the expectations for your role in the team:

Production of policy and communication material on corporate transparency and accountability and network coordination and relation with relevant stakeholders. This would include:

Preparation of advocacy-related material e.g briefings, FAQs, response to policy-makers requests.

Supportive research on sustainability reporting and due diligence topics.

Coordination of a civil society platform and support in delivering ad-hoc projects in connection with policy needs.

Manage the production of a podcast series with world leading experts.

Support in the preparation of communication outputs e.g newsletter, blog post, dissemination, content website and social media.

Internal and external communication e.g  information flow towards partners, coordination calls, stakeholder engagement; participation in multi-stakeholder fora, progress and activity reports.

It's an opportunity for you if…

You have relevant experience in corporate responsibility and sustainability topics.

You can easily work and collaborate with partners, technical experts, policy makers as well as adapt your message to the wider public

You have training or experience in EU policy making, project management and are able to quickly familiarise yourself with new topics through research, policy documents or expert publications

You possess good organisation skills, English proficiency and want to work in an international environment. French and other EU languages will be an advantage.

You have ambitious goals and want to help resolve major global challenges, including climate change and systematic human rights violations.

You are eager to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team. We are looking for someone that fits with the team and the organisation (no need to tick all the boxes so if you think the position might suit you, try applying!)

What can you find at Frank Bold?
