Try to make your assessment at your level and the bigger the company is, the bigger its impact is, the stronger the implications should be. So for me, it's really not something where size matters. It's really the mentality to assess the risk and to question yourself as a person. And for a company to ask yourself, what are my impacts - environmentally and socially - and what can I do to reduce this.”
