“Frank Bold is a progressive team of lawyers whose work goes beyond the traditional bounds of the trade. Its lawyers monitor the latest trends in, above all, the area of renewable energy sources, thereby contributing to sustainable development throughout society. And that’s what fills me with energy and lets me look forward to my work every day.”
Martin’s main specialties are business, civil, and energy law. He most often provides legal services in the area of contract law (transfers of energy generation units and the contracting of their construction, setting up cooperation among business entities, e-commerce, license agreements, and IT) and the representation of clients in court and arbitration proceedings (especially disputes arising from commercial activities) and proceedings of the Czech Energy Regulatory Authority (the granting, adjustment, and cancellation of business licenses in the energy industries). He has also participated in the drafting of expert commentary on the Contract Register Act.
Martin studied law at Masaryk University in Brno. Already during those studies, he interned at the Prague branch of a major international law office and studied abroad at Yeditepe University. After graduation he began working as a candidate attorney.
His work for Frank Bold Attorneys began in 2014. He is currently among their permanent cooperating attorneys in a team of lawyers focused on energy law.
