“Back home I was always told that the majority should have consideration for the needs of the minority, and Frank Bold works in exactly this spirit. We cannot speak of a free society in a situation in which enforcing the rights of the majority means actually reducing the rights of the minority. I view Frank Bold as a multicolored mosaic of interesting personalities interconnected by one common aim.”

Hana graduated from the Faculty of Law at Masaryk University in Brno, where she specialized in administrative law, constitutional law, and human rights. During her studies, she completed an internship at the Supreme Administrative Court. After her graduation she worked for two years at a law firm. She initially cooperated with Frank Bold as a legal trainee.

In 2011 she began working full-time in its Ostrava-based Service for Citizens section. She has also been participating in its program for cooperation with unincorporated associations that are involved in public interest cases, wherein she provides them with legal and other support. Additionally, since 2014 she has been supporting municipalities that are in the process of establishing transparent and efficient municipal administration.

Hana also specializes in the functioning of public administration. In her work on dozens of cases across the Czech Republic, she has gained extensive experience with spatial planning, building permits, EIA, and civic involvement in decision-making.
