Petra Kalenská

Lawyer and Project Manager of the Turów case

At Frank Bold, Petra is working on a case of illegal mining in the Turów mine. The law must apply to everyone, including mining companies.

She studied law at Charles University in Prague and international human rights law at Lund University in Sweden. In 2020 she successfully completed her doctoral studies at the Faculty of Law of Charles University in Prague. She teaches human rights at the Faculty of Education, Charles University. Prior to joining Frank Bold, she worked as a department head at a central government agency. She is the author of a number of professional articles. As a lawyer, she specializes in international law, human rights, and anti-discrimination law.

She enjoys reading, especially feminist literature, organising, and socialising with fine people. She loves bonfires, deciduous trees, and dancing.
