“Frank Bold is a place where I can combine professionalism with enthusiasm and fervor for whatever I do. Associate lawyers are not only experts, but also idealists—in the best sense. This is true of the entire Frank Bold team, including its trainees. They never stop surprising me with their enthusiasm and active attitude, and with what they are able to handle by themselves or with the right amount of support. I am delighted to help them to develop, both professionally and as people, and together with our colleagues to show them how to change the world using the law and other tools.”
Michala is in charge of coordinating the legal internships at Frank Bold. She takes care of trainees’ satisfaction and development. Her goal is to give them the opportunity to get in touch with the work of all of Frank Bold’s teams and to have enough chances to engage in everything that the organization is doing—whether that’s public benefit projects or work for law-firm clients.
Before she began her trainee coordination work, she participated together with her colleagues from the Responsible State section in the Reconstruction of the State project.
