“I was interested in Frank Bold programme and the possibility of dealing with administrative law, including environmental law, in practice. I am not the type of activist who would tie himself to trees or climb factory chimneys. However, with my work and knowledge of law I would like to contribute to the protection of the environment, and this is exactly what Frank Bold offers.”
After graduating from the Faculty of Law of Masaryk University in Brno (Master's Degree Program Law and Legal Science), in 2010 he was appointed as a legal analyst for the nonprofit organization Frank Bold Society (former Ecological Legal Service) to the Responsible Energy section dealing with environmental protection and construction law.
Since 2011, he has worked in the Responsible State section, where he dealt with issues of transparent public administration and management of state-owned
enterprises and companies with state ownership. Since 2013, he has actively participated on the project the Recostruction of the State, in particular on the creation of the Act on the Register of Treaties and the Act on Extending the Competence of the Supreme Audit Office.
Now, Petr is part of a public law team. He focuses mainly on the issues of Register of Treaties, corporate governance of state-owned enterprises and SAO competencies. He is the lead author of the expert commentary on the Law on the Register of Treaties and other analysis published in the field of public law.
